Povrchová úprava

V současnosti nejvyšší světový standard povrchové úpravy hliníku v rámci celé palety barev RAL představuje systém „hwr“. Jde o zkratku anglického výrazu „highly weather resistant“, v překladu: mimořádná odolnost proti nepřízni počasí.

Systém heroal dur hwr splňuje nejvyšší kvalitativní požadavky třídy 2, stanovené institutem Qualicoat a tzv. třídu kvality Master institutu GSB. Práškové laky třídy Qualicoat 2 nebo třídy Master podle GSB musejí obstát v 36 měsíčním testu odolnosti proti povětrnostním vlivům. Při testu nesmí dojít k poškození laků. Na povrchu vrstvy smí dojít pouze k přesně stanoveným změnám. Až poté mohou být klasifikovány jako mimořádně odolné. Při testu se zjišťuje, jak si hliníkové plechy s nátěrem pro venkovní použití uchovají lesk a barevnost za přirozeného vysokého záření UV v americkém státě Florida. Plechy opatřené nátěrem heroal dur hwr vzdorují tomuto intenzivnímu ultrafialovému záření celkem tři roky. To standardně odpovídá desetiletému období ve středoevropském klimatu.

Barevné provedení

Výhodou hliníkových profilů je jejich neomezená barevná kombinace. Sladit lze i barevnost ostatních komponentů: klik, závěsů apod. Tyto systémy lze nevíc barevně odlišit z pohledu interiéru a exteriéru.
